David Cobb, Principal & Founder at Archon Commercial Advisors specializes in connecting Tenants w/ Developers, uncovering ninja CRE deals and cultivating a network of entrepreneurial influencers — ultimately leveraging information arbitrage to uncover unique and lucrative opportunities, stimulate expansion and create wealth for our ecosystem of relationships.
David implements collaboration into Archon by focusing on real time Intel, back channel information and an ingrained network of close ties to enhance execution efficiency and drive cash on cash returns upward. The Archon team has created an extensive (invite only) interrelated network of deal makers, specialty advisors and influencers who collaborate on leasing and development opportunities.

David graduated from DePauw University (Greencastle IN — Played Hoops) and received his MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College (Winter Park, FL). He also studied abroad in Osaka, Japan at the Kansai Gaidai University and he interned for the NBA in Tokyo in the summer of 1999. David serves on the Board of the Ty Cobb Museum / Educational Fund, is a member of ICSC and other local philanthropic organizations. He lives in Lake Mary, FL with his three beautiful daughters.
Janet has over twenty-five years of retail experience, has facilitated numerous deals for tenant store rollouts and assisted a wide array of owners, with varying types of assets, reach their occupancy goals.
Janet works with private and institutional investors to create and implement strategic plans for their properties with a focus on adding value. Janet is also proficient in the receivership process, having worked with multiple banks, savings & loans and life insurance companies in the lease up, redevelopment and sale of commercial properties.
As a tenant representative, Janet provides national, regional and local retailers with a high level of hands-on service and attention to detail in their store development and expansion plans.
Ms. Galvin has been a past recipient of the Orlando Board of Realtors Circle of Achievement Award and has been named a CoStar Power Broker multiple times, recognizing the top retail leasing agents in the Central Florida market.
Janet graduated from the University of Georgia and has earned professional accreditation as a Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS). Janet resides in Winter Park with her husband Tony and is a part of multiple civic, professional and philanthropic organizations.
I’m a dedicated Tenant Rep specialist working with top tier retail & restaurant concepts throughout Florida. Over the last decade, I’ve facilitated hundreds of transactions and helped multiple businesses thrive. Through this experience I learned to develop strategic growth plans, identify strong sites and lay the framework for long-term success through effective and aggressive negotiations. I also have an unbelievable team of partners at Archon to use as a sounding board or to gain insight when a unique situation arises.
At Archon, I’m very fortunate to work in a collaborative environment with a phenomenal group of creative producers. We cyclically host networking events to stay closely connected with our CRE peers and gather real-time market intel. We launched an evolving and growing ground up firm and are constantly looking for ways to improve personally & professionally through collaboration, high-level coaching sessions and sharing market intel with allies. Earlier this year, we opened a South Florida office and are furthering our reach nationally with close, like-minded allies in our Site Source Network. We view ourselves as a boutique firm with regional & national influence.
It’s been an incredible experience to help create and grow this brand. We’ve crafted our own playbook, strive to evolve every day and approach every situation with integrity.

Lauren McGee, Co-Founder of Archon Commercial Advisors Southeast Florida, specializes in new developments, redevelopments, and existing projects throughout South Florida while enhancing overall asset value with creative leasing and innovative strategies. Lauren began her Real Estate career at Marcus & Millichap, working with some of the nation’s top producers, transacting hundreds of millions of dollars in sales.
After a successful start in Investment Sales and Seller Representation, Lauren’s interest shifted to real estate development, her true passion. As a native to South Florida, she joined forces with Diversified Companies in Fort Lauderdale as Manager of Real Estate Development & Aviation Divisions, working on numerous specialty, retail and mixed-use development and redevelopment projects throughout Broward and Palm Beach County. In 2016, Lauren executed over $7 Million in retail leases with Tenants such as: MD Now, UPS Store, Outback Steakhouse, Planet Fitness, Aroma Joe’s, Enterprise Rental Car, Blaze Pizza, Jersey Mike’s, Chipotle, My Salon Suites, Beehive Kitchen, Chops + Hops Axe Throwing Lounge, School of Rock and Brooklyn Water Bagel.
Lauren has ingrained market knowledge and extensive experience in ground-up development, site selection, property management, prospecting and leasing. Her deep-rooted knowledge of the South Florida Markets; and her emphasis on cultivating strong, solid relationships with her neighbors and colleagues makes Lauren a dynamic and valuable ally to have in your corner.
Lauren graduated with a degree in International Business & World Trade with a 2nd Major in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University. She also completed her International Program at American Business School in Paris, France. She has served on numerous charitable boards such as, but not limited to: Boys N Girls Club (Broward County), 100 Women Who Care, Habitat for Humanity (Women Who Build), Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Cocktails for Humanity, Bonnet House Alliance and many others over the years. In her free time, she enjoys boating, sport fishing, butchering/cooking and golf.
Maggie Rhine serves as the Executive Coordinator to the senior brokerage team at Archon Commercial Advisors. Her core responsibilities include organizational management, database maintenance and oversight of administrative and marketing functions so that management can focus on maximizing profitability. Maggie spearheads all social media marketing, coordination of tradeshows and provides substantial support for a high-powered team of producers.
Prior to joining Archon, Maggie spent six years as a Marketing Coordinator for a local commercial real estate firm. She was responsible for preparing new business proposals, leasing presentations, maintaining property listings, creating branding and marketing copy, and overseeing marketing responsibilities for a multi-faceted sales team.
Maggie is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising and a minor in Business Administration. She is an Orlando native, and currently resides in Maitland with her husband and son.
Brian Maniscalco joined Archon Commercial as a staff accountant in March 2018. He prepares all the accounting documents, financial statements and oversees daily accounting responsibilities. Brian has extensive experience in corporate tax preparation, financial transactions and other accounting services specific to commercial real estate.
Brian graduated from Flagler College with a B.A. in Accounting and received his Master’s in Accounting from Strayer University. He is a native Floridian and resides in Sanford, Florida with his 2 daughters (Giuliana and Serena).
Michael Hotte, Principal and Founder of Archon Commercial Advisors, Southeast
Florida, specializes in ground-up development and re-development scenarios.
Michael brings a wealth of knowledge as a development advisor, having grown
up in a real estate family and being a third generation developer. He learned the
world of development over the past 9 years, under the mentorship of his father,
Daniel Hotte, at Echion USA Inc. based in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area.
Following in his family’s footsteps Michael has overseen and been responsible
for the development and success of many projects for the family business, such
as, but not limited to: The Fresh Market at Fisherman’s Wharf in Jupiter, Walgreens

Michael was born and raised in the Fort Lauderdale area, has inherent market
knowledge and is seasoned in ground-up development, site selection, property
management, prospecting and leasing. His extensive knowledge of Southeast
Florida; and his emphasis on developing strong, solid relationships with his associates
and commercial real estate infl uencers, makes Michael a strong addition
to any project or high-level leasing assignment.
Michael graduated with a degree in Finance Real Estate from the University of
Alabama. He is a member of ICSC and participates in various other networking /
business organizations. Michael also dedicates his time to philanthropic causes,
such as: Chairing the Boys and Girls Club of Broward county Annual Golf Tournament.
When he is not working on Real Estate, he likes to spend time with his
family, travel, and golf. Michael is a proud husband and father to his wife Lindsay
and their son Wyatt.
Daniel joined Archon in September 2019 to specialize in retail leasing, tenant representation, and land sales. At his previous firm, he has successfully negotiated numerous transactions with established landowners and across Central FL.
Daniel is proficient in cold calling, canvassing, site demo/research, and other the applicable technologies associated with retail CRE leasing and sales. He has closed deals on new developments, mixed-used and existing shopping centers, both anchored and un-anchored. Daniel received a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Management Information Systems from Florida State University in 2017. As a student, he attained the coveted position as a management consultant for the Florida State University Consulting Group. Daniel wrote his thesis on the 2008 financial crisis and how it continues to affect the student debt crisis. He is currently active in the FSU Alumni Association and is a resource to college students and young CRE professionals.
